AR-045 Explosion-Safe LED Traffic Light

The AR-045 is an explosion-safe LED traffic light engineered for demanding hazardous industrial environments. It is suitable for gas and dust areas classified as Zone 2 and Zone 22 and is certified in accordance with the ATEX 114 directive.

The unit is available in single, double and triple lamp configurations and can be supplied in different combinations of red, yellow/amber and green. Each signal lamp can operate continuously or flash at a frequency of 1 Hz, depending on the selected configuration.

The rugged AISI 316 stainless steel housing, 4mm impact-resistant polycarbonate lenses, O-ring seals and encapsulated electronics provide strong resistance to water and salt. Horizontal sun hoods are supplied as standard, and two stainless steel mounting brackets are included for installation.

The single-lamp version is supplied with a fixed 5 metre cable, while the 2-lamp and 3-lamp versions include an internal junction box made of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GRP).
