Explosion-Proof Sockets and plugs design features
The full plastic explosion-proof plugs and sockets can be used in the explosive gas atmospheres where the locations of local power supply control and electrical installation and mobile machinery place need to be moved and transformed frequently.
- Mechanically interlocked plug and receptacle – plug cannot be
engaged or disengaged under load. - Simple “insert plug and twist” design to activate internal switch.
- Self-cleaning multi-lam contacts provide reliable power connection.
- Compact size with rain shedding, watertight profile – easy to handle
and install. - Color-coded receptacle cover and plug.
- Corrosion-resistant GRP for the enclosure of wall type socket, the
other parts are nylon material. - Silver-plated brass contact for better conductive performance.
- Heavy duty strain relief provides superior pullout protection and
absorbs all tensile and torsional forces. - 2 cable entries at bottom for wall type socket.
- Full wiring access, saves time and money.
