CZ6474/111S & CZ6474/121B Explosion-Proof LED Tricolor Warning Light

The CZ6474/111S and CZ6474/121B are IIC-rated explosion-proof LED tricolor warning lights designed for use in hazardous industrial environments. The range is suitable for explosive gas areas in Zones 1 and 2 and combustible dust areas in Zones 21 and 22.

The housing is manufactured from die-cast aluminum alloy and finished with pure epoxy resin powder for improved corrosion resistance. The transparent cover is made from tempered glass, while exposed fasteners are stainless steel. The luminaires use flameproof cable glands for direct cable entry and incorporate an internal heat-insulation design combined with an external high-density heat sink for improved thermal management.

Red, green and yellow LED light sources are fitted as standard, while other colors can be customized on request. The light can operate continuously or in flashing mode at approximately 60 flashes per minute. One or two optional explosion-proof buzzers can be added to provide combined visual and audible signaling.

The CZ6474/111S is the flat-light version, while the CZ6474/121B is the bracket-light version. Both models are designed for long service life, with the LED source rated for up to 50,000 hours, and are intended to minimize maintenance requirements.
